Chichibu Paris Edition 2018

An exciting expression from Ichiro Akuto’s Chichibu distillery – one of the youngest distilleries in Japan! This small batch expression draws together whisky distilled in 2009, 2011, and 2012 and is bottled at 57.3% abv. A truly elegant and complex dram.

The nose is refined with stone fruits, saffron, and candied lemon peel alongside sweet floral notes. The palate brings baking spices, fresh oranges, and more floral hints before leading into the long, smooth finish full of blackberries and subtle earthy notes.
