Mars Komagatake 2020

A cracker. This 2020 Komagatake Japanese single malt from Mars was distilled at Shinshu distillery. The Mars Shinshu is tucked away at 2625 ft in the Nagano alps, and this is reflected in a clean, sweet dram. This expression matured in a combination of ex-sherry and American white oak casks. It is free from chill filtration, and arrives at 50% abv.
