Togouchi 18 Year Old

Hiroshima-based distiller Chugoku Jozo presents Togouchi 18 Year Old, a well thought-out blend of cereals with a rounded texture and complexity, similar in profile to a Lowlands Scotch whisky.The nose is smooth with hints of peach and pear, the palate is powerful and balanced with notes of white pepper, malted cereals and violet, while the finish is dry and lingering revealing tones of pine nuts and sunflower seeds.
